Tell us which review, what you think is wrong and, if you can, a link to the casino's own terms or the regulator's register that shows it. We check every report and add a correction note when we change a review.
Casino operators
Operators may send updated terms, licence changes or payout policies. We read them, check them against our own accounts and update reviews where the facts have changed. We do not accept payment for reviews or ranking positions.
Complaints about a casino
We cannot resolve a dispute with a casino or recover funds. Contact the casino's support first, then the regulator that licenses it, or an approved dispute resolution service named in the casino's terms.
