Independence
Casinos cannot pay for a review, a score or a place in the ranking, and they do not see a review before it is published. If we ever earn money when a reader signs up through a link, the review says so next to the link, and it never changes the score.
Sources
Facts such as licences, ownership, limits and bonus terms come from the regulator's register and from the casino's own published terms, checked on the date of the review. Experiences such as payout times come from our own accounts.
Corrections
When we get something wrong we fix it and add a visible correction note to the review, saying what changed and when. Reported errors are checked within five working days.
Images
Pictures in reviews are our own captures of the casino's site or app, taken during testing, or images we are licensed to use. We do not edit a capture to make a product look better or worse than it is.
Responsible gambling
Every review states the minimum age and the markets a casino may serve, and links to free help. We do not publish content aimed at people under 18, and we do not present gambling as a way to earn money.
